Sign-In Sheets
Five classroom sign-in sheets that print straight from the browser onto letter paper — the plain template, open house, conferences, field trips and volunteer hours. No accounts, no email wall: the sheet you see is the sheet that prints.
Sign-In Sheet
Name, time in, time out, signature — the everyday template for tardy check-in, meetings and visitors.
Open House Sign-In Sheet
Parent, student, email and phone — build your class contact list on meet-the-teacher night.
Parent-Teacher Conference Sign-In Sheet
Time slots, parents, students and signatures — conference night kept in order.
Field Trip Sign-In Sheet
A class roster with emergency contacts and medication notes that rides the clipboard.
Volunteer Sign-In Sheet
Date, times and total hours — the log that turns a year of helping into a reportable number.
Which sheet do you need?
The plain template covers the everyday cases — tardy check-in, parent visits, tutoring logs — with the classic four columns: name, time in, time out, signature. The event sheets earn their own pages because their columns differ where it matters: open house wants email and phone to build the class contact list, conference night runs on time slots, a field trip roster carries emergency contacts and medication notes, and the volunteer log counts hours all year.
They also run on the school calendar. Open house is a start-of-year sheet; conference nights land mid-fall and again in spring; field trips cluster in spring; the volunteer log just runs. Print what the season needs — each sheet is one letter page, portrait, ready for a clipboard.
